Austin Robey, een van de oprichters, maakt de studenten van PXL-MAD en Music warm om het platform te gebruiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De oprichters willen een alternatief bieden voor Big Tech. Elke gebruiker kan mede-eigenaar worden door de zogenaamde <em>zine <\/em>aan te kopen. Daarin staat de outline van het project en hoe ze te werk gaan. Zo heeft het platform al 21 000 mede-eigenaars. Over een week komt de website effectief online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Celine Daniels, medeorganisator van deze activiteit, ziet Subvert als een inspiratiebron voor studenten: \u201cStudenten moeten niet bang zijn van de grote spelers. Wees jezelf. Je kan ook je eigen stem hebben.
