In samenwerking met fine dining chef Carlo Simons zoeken ze een nieuw concept om de tafel te dekken. Vergeet dus de traditionele opgezette tafel met een vork, mes en lepel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Student Kayra Rommen hecht voor haar opdracht veel waarde aan het concept van tijd: \u201cIk startte met het idee van een lichtbron, dat mondde uit in een kaars. Die geeft aan hoe snel de tijd gaat tijdens een etentje.\u201d Simons beaamt dit idee: \u201cTijdsduur is bepalend voor hetgeen je doet.
